It provides the middle-high grade spring pre-tightening force, can meet most of the static sealing requirements. |
用于往复密封 弹簧增强密封最常用的用途是用于往复运动密封。 对于中低压的工况,建议使用400系列。这一系列产品采用低预紧力、高张角弹簧,磨耗低,寿命长,并可补偿偏心。 APS系列采用簧丝弹簧,可提供几乎恒定的弹簧预紧力,尺寸范围广。同时,如采用非常小的簧丝,适用于小尺寸、低摩擦值的要求。 | Radial Seals in Reciprocation Motion The most common applications of DSH Spring Energized Seals are reciprocating radial motion. For the medium-low pressure condition, it is recommended to use the 400 Series.The series of products adopt low pre-tightening force & higt angle spring, long service life, and can compensate the eccentric. APS Series adopt wire spring,which can provide almost constant force spring preload, widely size range. Meantime, if adopt small wire, will be cater to small size, low friction requirement. |
对于相对严格的往复密封,推荐使用103系列产品。这一系列产品采用高预紧力弹簧,能有效补偿密封件的磨损,特别适合于中高压的工况。 在400系列中采用耐久弹簧和楔型块结构,适用于重载和有长寿命要求的场合。 | For relatively strict reciprocating seal, 103 Series is recommended. This Series adopt high grade spring pre-tightening force spring, can effectively compensate the wear of seal, particularly suitable for middle-high pressure conditions. The 400 series adopts durable spring and wedge block structure, suitable for overloading and long life requirements of the occasion. |
用于旋转密封 所有的弹簧增强密封均适用于低压状态下下的中低速旋转密封和摆动密封。 对旋转密封,推荐使用代号为PTW的端盖式结构。其密封件固有的安装裙被压紧在端盖上,可防止密封件随着轴的转动而转动。对于其它的结构形式,由于温度和其它因素的影响,这一情况是有可能发生的。 端盖式结构的APS和400弹簧系列适用于大部分的旋转和摆动密封。在压力低于0.1MPa、表面线速度1-1.5M/S的情况小,较小的弹簧预紧力有助于减少磨损。压力较高时,要降低速度以利于延长寿命。 U形片状弹簧结构能补偿少量的偏心。 对于高压低速(<0.25m/s)和间断式旋转、摆动密封,建议使用端盖式结构的103弹簧系列。 | Radial Seals in Rotaty Motion All of the DSHSpring Energized Seals designs are suitable for low pressure occasion in the middle-low speed rotating seal and swing seal. For swing seal, PTW is recommended. It will be tightly fixed on the end cover which can prevent seals from rotating while shaft rotating. For other structure forms, because of the temperature and other factors, this situation will possibly happen. End cover structure of the APS and 400 spring series is suitable for most of the rotation and swing seal. At the situation of pressure below 0.1MPa, surface speed 1-1.5M/S,spring with low pre-tightening force helps to reduce abrasion. At high pressure, to reduce the speed to help prolong life. U-shaped plate spring structure can compensate a bit eccentric. For high pressure low speed (< 0.25 m/s) and intermittent rotation, swing, recommend to use the end cover structure of 103 Series Spring. |
